Common Causes
Water Supply Valve Blocked or Failed

Freezer Temperature Too High
Ice makers require the freezer to be at -18°C or below. If the freezer is too warm, the ice maker will not produce ice regardless of its own condition.
Blocked Water Filter
If your model has an internal water filter, a blocked filter restricts flow to the ice maker. Replace the filter (usually every 6 months).
